DRUG TRAFFICKING: NDLEA Arrests 2 For Attempting To Traffic Cocaine To Saudi Arabia

Two men have been arrested by the Kano State Command of the National Drugs Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA
The suspects, Abdul Abubakar and Ibrahim Mustapha, according to the agency, were arrested while they were ingesting the drugs for trafficking to Saudi Arabia.

The state NDLEA Commander, Dr Ibrahim Abdul, while briefing newsmen in Kano on Sunday, said the suspects were arrested at a hotel on Katsina road in the city.

According to Abdul, the command had been monitoring the movement of the suspects for over a month, following an intelligence report by operatives.

An onslaught on the drug barons resulted in the arrest of two suspects, Abdul Abubakar and Ibrahim Mustapha, including the seizure of 2.927kg of cocaine.
