The pillar prioritizes effective inter-agency collaboration and coordination, cross-sectoral dialogue involving government, civil society, academia and other relevant stakeholders, as well as stronger regional and international cooperation against organized crime. It creates space for knowledge exchange, policy dialogue and collective action, helping to connect institutions and stakeholders working across different dimensions of the organized crime response.
