On Thursday, 26 February 2026, the Center attended the Senate Committee on Judiciary, Human Rights, and Legal Matters’ public hearing on the Proceeds of Crime (Recovery and Management) Act (Amendment) Bill, 2025.
The Center’s participation provided an opportunity to observe deliberations on critical issues relating to the recovery and management of proceeds of crime, including transparency, accountability, and oversight frameworks.
